Answer: Everything is made to order — your item is printed specifically for you when you buy it. That means no warehouses full of unsold stock, no waste. The tradeoff is that we can't accept returns on items that were made just for you.

We work to make right. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us at hi@vinylisvoodoo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number and we'll work to get a replacement out to you.

Every product page has a size chart.
When in doubt, size up — our fits run true to size but a looser fit always works better on a hoodie.

Items are made to order, so production takes 3-5 business days before shipping. You'll get a tracking number once it's on the way.
